ABOUT JIM
Founder and Principle
With more than 30 years of diverse experience, Giorgos has worked with small and large corporations as a human resource expert while also remaining resilient and competitive during times of economic uncertainty during the Great Recession. Giorgos personally understands the stress and anxiety involved throughout employment separation and the job search process.
With a divergent perspective, Giorgos is able to share his knowledge, skills and experience to prepare job seekers for professional transitions from careers or companies, vocational or specialized training programs and recent graduates for the next opportunity. Giorgos has served in roles that specialize in management, supervision, professional, technical and administrative support. Giorgos is able to merge people and processes and successfully coach and motivate job seekers to obtain their goal for their continued success.
Giorgos currently resides in the Santa Clarita Valley with his wife and dog Parker. A graduate from Marquette University, Giorgos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as the SPHR designation from HRCI and SHRM-SCP from Society for Human Resource Management. In addition to IP N MYs Giorgos is an active volunteer with America's Job Center at College of Canyons providing career advice and consulting.
